One Woman’s Trash is another woman’s #OOTD
Bonjour mes amies! Join me, March 7, 2020 for an afternoon of champagne and swapping!
You read that right, swapping no shopping.
My time as a textile designer for H&M in Istanbul, Turkey taught me so much about the industry. I saw first hand the time, energy and consumption that is involved with producing garments.
Since then, I’ve never thrown an article of clothing away.
Of course not all items are suitable for donation (garments soiled with stains that cannot be removed) but that doesn’t mean you should toss them in the rubbish. I make a point to locate centers that recycle textiles. Fortunately more and more fast fashion chains are offering this recycle service.
Now, back to the soriée!
On March 7th at 14:00 (2:00 PM) I am requesting the presence of all mes amies to meet me at the C.A.T Walk Boutique with items you no longer wear or want. Upon your arrival, I will curate your selected “swap collection” for display and the champagne popping will commence!
In order for this soriée to be a success, I need mes amies of ALL shapes and sizes to attend.
Your $15 ticket will secure your entry fee, garment display, bottomless champagne & hors d’oeuvre
With all of your savings, be certain to check the C.A.T Walk Boutiques new Spring/Sumer 2020 collection.
Ciao for now 💋
Im Sooo Excited, I feel as though I will be with You all in fun Spirit..Have a Happy Success In Whatever U Do In Life, U make People Feel Happy (Wanted) In A Good Way. Love & Peace!
